Anton Ego eats Ratatouille




Dami Oh writes: According to Bourdian's reading, chapter 14, the author claims that reviews of food bloggers or critics can be fatal to operate a restaurant in terms of authority. Also, these reviews are mostly not objective opinions. In my opinion, When Anton Ego eat Ratatouille which the recipe came from 'the rat' chef, the dish remind him of his mother's dish. in this sense, i think it has to do with 'authenticity.'
